जना ऊचुः । न वयं तत्पुरं विद्मो न देशं न च भूपतिम् । इन्द्रद्युम्नाभिधानं च यं त्वं पृच्छसि भद्रक
janā ūcuḥ | na vayaṃ tatpuraṃ vidmo na deśaṃ na ca bhūpatim | indradyumnābhidhānaṃ ca yaṃ tvaṃ pṛcchasi bhadraka
Le peuple dit : «Nous ne connaissons ni cette cité, ni ce pays, ni ce roi. Et nous ne savons rien non plus de celui nommé Indradyumna que tu demandes, ô homme de bien.»
