Indradyumna
Listener: Jana (the people)
Scene: Indradyumna stands firm, addressing the gathered people, asking for any long-lived witness who knows the king, land, or city.
Earnest seeking—especially regarding dharma and sacred history—should be pursued promptly and with humility.
The scene sets up a pilgrimage inquiry that leads toward Naimiṣāraṇya, a famed tīrtha-forest associated with ancient sages.
No specific rite is prescribed in this verse; it is an urgent request for guidance about sacred lineage and place.
