Unspecified (ritual-dharma instruction within Tīrthamāhātmya)
Type: kshetra
Scene: A small yajña-śālā near a tīrtha: sacred fire blazing, offerings being made; a line of brāhmaṇas seated for bhojana and tarpaṇa; the sky shows monsoon clouds indicating Cāturmāsya; the patron offers dakṣiṇā with reverence.
Dharma is strengthened by honoring agni and brāhmaṇas; such reverence makes spiritual and worldly aims succeed.
The verse does not specify a named tīrtha; it gives a general rule applicable within tīrtha observances.
Propitiate/satisfy sacred fires and brāhmaṇas, and perform their pūjā—especially during Cāturmāsya—for great merit.
