तावत्तपांसि गर्जंति देहेऽस्मिन्सततं नृणाम् । यदा विष्णुं स्मरेन्नित्यं जिह्वाग्रं पावनं भवेत्
tāvattapāṃsi garjaṃti dehe'sminsatataṃ nṛṇām | yadā viṣṇuṃ smarennityaṃ jihvāgraṃ pāvanaṃ bhavet
Tant que les austérités “grondent” sans cesse dans ce corps humain. Mais lorsque l’on se souvient constamment de Viṣṇu, la pointe même de la langue devient purifiante, apte à l’énonciation sacrée.
