तावत्तपांसि गर्जंति देहेऽस्मिन्सततं नृणाम् । यदा विष्णुं स्मरेन्नित्यं जिह्वाग्रं पावनं भवेत्
tāvattapāṃsi garjaṃti dehe'sminsatataṃ nṛṇām | yadā viṣṇuṃ smarennityaṃ jihvāgraṃ pāvanaṃ bhavet

Īśvara (Śiva)
Scene: A devotee seated in meditation with rosary; from the mouth emerges a luminous syllable-stream (Viṣṇu-nāma), while the body’s earlier harsh austerity is shown as thunder-like waves subsiding.
Constant remembrance of Viṣṇu sanctifies one’s speech and inner life, surpassing mere bodily austerity.
No specific pilgrimage site is named in this verse.
Nitya-smaraṇa of Viṣṇu (constant remembrance), implying nāma-japa and devotional recitation.
