सपिण्डीकरणादूर्ध्वमेकोद्दिष्टं न कारयेत् । क्षयाहं च परित्यज्य शस्त्राहत चतुर्दशीम्

Transliteration

sapiṇḍīkaraṇādūrdhvamekoddiṣṭaṃ na kārayet | kṣayāhaṃ ca parityajya śastrāhata caturdaśīm

Translation

Après le rite de sapiṇḍīkaraṇa, on ne doit pas faire accomplir d’ekoddiṣṭa. De plus, en écartant le kṣayāha (jour néfaste de perte) et le quatorzième jour lié à la mort par les armes, qu’on choisisse des moments propices pour le rite aux ancêtres.
