Type: kshetra
Scene: A householder offers gifts to seated brāhmaṇas on kuśa mats, hands joined in devotion, reciting the names of father, grandfather, and great-grandfather as dedication; subtle presence of Pitṛs receiving the offering.
Devoted, intentionally dedicated giving (with clear sankalpa/samuddeśa) can transmit merit to ancestors.
No specific tīrtha is named in this verse; the focus is the dharmic mechanism of dedicated dāna.
Give charity to Brāhmaṇas with devotion, explicitly dedicating it by naming the father-line ancestors (father, grandfather, great-grandfather, etc.).
