Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 40

ततस्तृप्तिं प्रगच्छामस्तैर्देवैस्तर्पिता वयम् । युष्माकं वंशजा ये च प्रयच्छंति समाहिताः

tatastṛptiṃ pragacchāmastairdevaistarpitā vayam | yuṣmākaṃ vaṃśajā ye ca prayacchaṃti samāhitāḥ

Ensuite nous parvenons à la pleine satisfaction, car ces dieux nous ont dûment apaisés par le tarpana. Et ceux qui sont nés dans votre lignée, l’esprit recueilli, offrent les oblations requises—par eux nous sommes comblés.
