ततः कालेन महता संतुष्टस्तस्य भास्करः । उवाच वरदोऽस्मीति प्रार्थयस्व महामते

tataḥ kālena mahatā saṃtuṣṭastasya bhāskaraḥ | uvāca varado'smīti prārthayasva mahāmate

Après un long temps, Bhāskara (le Soleil) fut satisfait de lui et dit : « Je suis dispensateur de grâces ; ô grand d’esprit, demande ce que tu désires. »
