itihāsapurāṇāni vedāṃtāni bahūni ca | saṃciṃtya tāta sarvāṇi dehi śuddhiṃ mamāpi tām | mama mātuḥ kariṣyāmi no cetprāṇaparikṣayam
Scene: A supplicant addresses a revered elder: holding or gesturing toward palm-leaf manuscripts (Itihāsa, Purāṇa, Vedānta), he begs for purification for himself and his mother, eyes wet, posture humble yet resolute.
It shows dharma-seeking through scripture and unwavering resolve—purification is pursued with both textual authority and personal sacrifice.
No named tīrtha appears in this verse.
None explicitly; the verse is a petition for śuddhi grounded in scriptural reflection.
