मातुर्वियोगतस्तात सत्यमेतन्मयोदितम् । धर्मद्रोणाः स्थिताश्चान्ये मन्वाद्या मुनयस्तथा

māturviyogatastāta satyametanmayoditam | dharmadroṇāḥ sthitāścānye manvādyā munayastathā

"Ô cher père, à cause de la séparation d'avec ma mère, ce que j'ai dit est vrai. D'autres aussi en sont témoins : les Dharma-droṇas et les sages commençant par Manu."
