ततः प्रोवाच ते देवः स्वयमेव महेश्वरः । ताभ्यां सुतपसा तुष्टः सादरं भक्तवत्सलः
tataḥ provāca te devaḥ svayameva maheśvaraḥ | tābhyāṃ sutapasā tuṣṭaḥ sādaraṃ bhaktavatsalaḥ
Alors ce Dieu—Maheśvara en personne—parla lui-même, comblé par les austérités sublimes de ces deux êtres, avec douceur et respect, car il chérit toujours ses dévots.
