अन्यपक्षे न किंचिच्च येन तृप्तिः प्रजायते । यज्ञस्यैव तु सर्वस्य तर्पयित्वा द्विजोत्तमम्
anyapakṣe na kiṃcicca yena tṛptiḥ prajāyate | yajñasyaiva tu sarvasya tarpayitvā dvijottamam
Dans l’autre quinzaine, rien ne fait naître la satisfaction. Aussi, pour le bien du yajña tout entier, faut-il combler (par le tarpaṇa) le meilleur des deux-fois-nés, le brāhmane éminent.
