तस्या हुंकारशब्दैश्च निष्क्रांताः सायुधा नराः । शबराश्च पुलिंदाश्च म्लेच्छाः संख्याविवर्जिताः

tasyā huṃkāraśabdaiśca niṣkrāṃtāḥ sāyudhā narāḥ | śabarāśca puliṃdāśca mlecchāḥ saṃkhyāvivarjitāḥ
