एवमुक्त्वा स तान्व्याधींस्ततो वैवस्वतः स्वयम् । तस्य विप्रस्य तं पुत्रं गृहीत्वा सत्वरं ययौ । तस्यैव मंदिरे रम्ये कृत्वा रूपं द्विजन्मनः
evamuktvā sa tānvyādhīṃstato vaivasvataḥ svayam | tasya viprasya taṃ putraṃ gṛhītvā satvaraṃ yayau | tasyaiva maṃdire ramye kṛtvā rūpaṃ dvijanmanaḥ
Après avoir ainsi parlé à ces maladies, Vaivasvata (Yama) lui-même partit en hâte, emmenant le fils de ce brāhmane. Et dans cette demeure même, si charmante, il prit l’apparence d’un brāhmane deux fois né.
