सानुरागा परं जाता नोक्तं किंचिद्वचो मुने । तस्मान्नार्हसि शापं त्वं दातुमस्याः कथंचन

sānurāgā paraṃ jātā noktaṃ kiṃcidvaco mune | tasmānnārhasi śāpaṃ tvaṃ dātumasyāḥ kathaṃcana

«Bien qu’elle fût saisie d’un profond attachement, ô sage, elle n’a prononcé pas un seul mot. C’est pourquoi tu ne dois, en aucune manière, lui infliger une malédiction.»
