Transliteration

asaṃkhyātā kṛtā vṛttiḥ purā'smākaṃ mahātmanā | tataḥ sā vṛddhimānītā tatparaiḥ pārthivottamaiḥ

Translation

«Autrefois, une dotation incommensurable pour notre subsistance fut établie par un protecteur à l’âme grande ; ensuite, elle fut accrue par d’excellents rois, dévoués à ce même dessein.»
