मयाद्य विषये चास्मिन्स देवः प्रेरयिष्यति । तस्मै पुत्रीं प्रदास्यामि नान्यस्मै वै कथंचन
mayādya viṣaye cāsminsa devaḥ prerayiṣyati | tasmai putrīṃ pradāsyāmi nānyasmai vai kathaṃcana
« Aujourd’hui, dans mon royaume même et en cette affaire, le Dieu me guidera assurément. À celui qu’Il désignera, je donnerai ma fille—à nul autre, en aucune manière. »
