अहं दुर्वाससा शप्तः कस्मिंश्चित्कारणांतरे । महिषत्वं समानीतस्तस्मात्त्वं मे गतिर्भव
ahaṃ durvāsasā śaptaḥ kasmiṃścitkāraṇāṃtare | mahiṣatvaṃ samānītastasmāttvaṃ me gatirbhava
«J’ai été maudit par Durvāsas pour quelque raison, et j’ai été réduit à l’état de buffle (mahiṣa) ; aussi, sois mon refuge.»
