किं पुनः परदेशं च गताया रागिणा सह । तस्मादहं न संदेहः प्रातः स्नाता हुताशनम्

kiṃ punaḥ paradeśaṃ ca gatāyā rāgiṇā saha | tasmādahaṃ na saṃdehaḥ prātaḥ snātā hutāśanam

«À plus forte raison, poursuivit-elle, dans le cas de celle qui est partie en pays étranger avec un homme mû par la passion. Aussi n’ai-je aucun doute : après m’être baignée à l’aube, je m’approcherai du Feu sacré, Agni.»
