Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 52

तद्वक्ष्यति प्रमुक्ताहं निर्दोषा तेन रागिणा । न श्रद्धां याति लोकोऽयं शुद्धैषा समुदाहृता

tadvakṣyati pramuktāhaṃ nirdoṣā tena rāgiṇā | na śraddhāṃ yāti loko'yaṃ śuddhaiṣā samudāhṛtā

Elle dira : « J’ai été délivrée ; je suis sans faute — bien que par celui que la passion gouverne. » Pourtant, ce monde ne met pas sa foi en elle, même lorsqu’on la déclare pure.
