अथ तां स्वगृहं नीत्वा प्रोचतुः कामपीडितौ । भवावाभ्यां विशालाक्षि भार्या धर्मपरायणा । एतदर्थं समानीता त्वं पाताले महीतलात्

atha tāṃ svagṛhaṃ nītvā procatuḥ kāmapīḍitau | bhavāvābhyāṃ viśālākṣi bhāryā dharmaparāyaṇā | etadarthaṃ samānītā tvaṃ pātāle mahītalāt

Puis, l’ayant conduite dans sa demeure, celui que tourmentait le désir déclara : «Ô toi aux grands yeux, tu seras l’épouse juste, vouée au dharma, de nous deux. C’est pour cela même que tu as été amenée de la terre jusqu’à Pātāla».
