Transliteration

evaṃ tannagaraṃ jātamasmātkālādanaṃtaram | devadevasya bhargasya prasādena dvijottamāḥ

Translation

Ainsi, cette cité prit naissance peu après ce temps, ô le meilleur des deux-fois-nés, par la grâce de Bharga, le Dieu des dieux.
