अथ ते मंत्रिणः प्रोचुस्तच्छ्रुत्वाऽकाशगं वचः । अशोच्यो यं महाराज संसिद्धिं परमां गतः । लक्ष्मणो गम्यतां शीघ्रं तस्मात्स्वभवने विभो
atha te maṃtriṇaḥ procustacchrutvā'kāśagaṃ vacaḥ | aśocyo yaṃ mahārāja saṃsiddhiṃ paramāṃ gataḥ | lakṣmaṇo gamyatāṃ śīghraṃ tasmātsvabhavane vibho
Alors ses ministres, ayant entendu cette parole venue du ciel, dirent : «Ô grand roi, il n’est pas à pleurer : il a atteint la perfection suprême. Aussi, ô seigneur, que Lakṣmaṇa soit promptement conduit d’ici vers sa propre demeure.»
