न तिथिं नैव वारं च संक्रात्यादि न पर्व च । नाधर्मं न च धर्मं च विदंत्येते सदा सुखाः
na tithiṃ naiva vāraṃ ca saṃkrātyādi na parva ca | nādharmaṃ na ca dharmaṃ ca vidaṃtyete sadā sukhāḥ
Ils ne comptent ni les tithis ni les jours de la semaine, et n’observent ni le saṅkrānti ni les autres fêtes. Ils ne distinguent même pas l’« injuste » du « juste » ; et pourtant ils demeurent toujours dans l’aisance.
