तिर्यग्गतीरविर्नायं नायमग्निः सधूमवान् । क्षणप्रभाप्यसौ नैव को नः सम्मुख एत्यसौ
tiryaggatīravirnāyaṃ nāyamagniḥ sadhūmavān | kṣaṇaprabhāpyasau naiva ko naḥ sammukha etyasau
Ce n’est pas le soleil qui traverse le ciel, ni un feu chargé de fumée. Et pourtant ce n’est pas même un éclair d’un instant : qui donc s’avance droit vers nous ?
