Skanda Purana — Kashi Khanda, Shloka 11

स्नात्वांबुदैवतैर्मंत्रैः प्राणानायम्य यत्नतः । उपस्थानं रवेः कृत्वा संध्ययोरुभयोरपि

snātvāṃbudaivatairmaṃtraiḥ prāṇānāyamya yatnataḥ | upasthānaṃ raveḥ kṛtvā saṃdhyayorubhayorapi

Après s’être baigné avec les mantras des divinités des eaux, et avoir réglé avec soin le souffle (prāṇāyāma), qu’on accomplisse l’hommage au Soleil aux deux sandhyās, celle du matin et celle du soir.
