Skanda Purana — Kashi Khanda, Shloka 8

तीर्थस्नानपरानित्यं नित्यं देवपरायणाः । द्विजेषु नित्यं प्रणताः स्वनामाख्यानपूर्वकम्

tīrthasnānaparānityaṃ nityaṃ devaparāyaṇāḥ | dvijeṣu nityaṃ praṇatāḥ svanāmākhyānapūrvakam

Toujours voués au bain dans les tīrthas, toujours tournés vers les dieux ; et devant les brāhmanes ils se prosternent sans cesse, en annonçant d’abord leur propre nom comme il convient.
