भर्तुर्नाम न गृह्णाति ह्यायुषोऽस्य हि वृद्धये । पुरुषांतरनामापि न गृह्णति कदाचन
bharturnāma na gṛhṇāti hyāyuṣo'sya hi vṛddhaye | puruṣāṃtaranāmāpi na gṛhṇati kadācana
Elle ne prononce pas le nom de son époux, car l’on dit que cela accroît la durée de sa vie. Et jamais elle ne prend le nom d’un autre homme.
