Transliteration

tato maunena bhuñjīta na kuryāddaṃtagharṣaṇam | prakṣālitavyahastasya dakṣiṇāṃguṣṭhamūlataḥ

Translation

Ensuite, qu’il mange en silence et qu’il ne grince ni ne frotte les dents. Les mains lavées, (selon la règle) qu’il commence à partir de la base du pouce droit.
