Transliteration

śāṃtā dāṃtāḥ suśīlāśca dhana putraiśca saṃyutāḥ | vedādhyayanahīnāśca kuśalāḥ sarvakarmasu

Translation

Ils sont paisibles, maîtres d’eux-mêmes et de bonne tenue, pourvus de richesse et de fils ; bien qu’ils soient privés de l’étude des Veda, ils sont habiles en toute œuvre.
