Narratorial voice (Purāṇic narrator; speaker not explicit in this snippet)
Scene: Rāma, serene after completing all rites, sits in the royal assembly hall; attendants and ministers present; atmosphere of order and dharma.
Fulfillment arises from completing one’s prescribed duties carefully; inner peace follows disciplined observance of vidhi.
The kṣetra of Dharmāraṇya remains the implied sacred setting where these rites are completed.
Completion of ‘all procedures’ (sarvavidhi) before transitioning to civic/royal activity (entering the sabhā).
