पादोद्भूतं पयः पीत्वा सर्वपापं प्रणश्यति । वेदवत्यां नरो यस्तु स्नाति सूर्योदये शुभे
pādodbhūtaṃ payaḥ pītvā sarvapāpaṃ praṇaśyati | vedavatyāṃ naro yastu snāti sūryodaye śubhe
En buvant l’eau née du (lavage) des pieds, tout péché s’anéantit. Et l’homme qui se baigne dans la Vedavatī au lever du soleil, de bon augure, reçoit aussi la purification.
