Skanda (deduced)
Tirtha: Dharmāraṇya—Pūrvadig Devī-sthāna (Kṣemalābhā/associated Devī)
Type: kshetra
Scene: In the eastern quarter shrine, the Devī is anointed with sandal and unguents; bali offerings are placed; attendants/retinue surround her as she grants siddhi and the twin fruits of bhukti and mukti.
Purāṇic worship unites prosperity and liberation: sincere pūjā and remembrance of Devī culminate in both bhukti and mukti.
Dharmāraṇya, with emphasis on the eastern quarter where Devī is propitiated through bali.
Vilepa (anointing/smearing with unguents) as pūjā, and bali-dāna (ritual offering) to satisfy the goddess.
