द्विजाः सर्वे ततो राजन्वणिजश्च महायशाः । एकत्र मिलिताः सर्वे वक्तुं मंत्रं यथोचितम्

dvijāḥ sarve tato rājanvaṇijaśca mahāyaśāḥ | ekatra militāḥ sarve vaktuṃ maṃtraṃ yathocitam

Alors, ô Roi, tous les dvija, les « deux-fois-nés », ainsi que les marchands illustres, se rassemblèrent en un même lieu, afin de délibérer et d’énoncer le conseil juste, comme il convenait.
