ददाति श्रद्धया तत्र सोऽक्षयं स्वर्गमश्नुते । देवखातस्य माहात्म्यं यः पठेच्छिवसन्निधौ । दीर्घमायुस्तथा सौख्यं लभते नात्र संशयः
dadāti śraddhayā tatra so'kṣayaṃ svargamaśnute | devakhātasya māhātmyaṃ yaḥ paṭhecchivasannidhau | dīrghamāyustathā saukhyaṃ labhate nātra saṃśayaḥ
Celui qui y donne avec foi atteint un ciel impérissable. Et celui qui récite la grandeur de Devakhāta en présence de Śiva obtient longue vie et bonheur ; là-dessus, point de doute.
