आज्यभागं तदा दत्त्वा गन्धर्वाय गवात्मजाः । देवानां पूर्वजानां च सूर्याचंद्रमसोस्तथा

ājyabhāgaṃ tadā dattvā gandharvāya gavātmajāḥ | devānāṃ pūrvajānāṃ ca sūryācaṃdramasostathā

Alors les fils des gardiens de vaches offrirent au Gandharva la part de beurre clarifié, l’ājyabhāga; et de même ils offrirent des parts aux dieux anciens, ainsi qu’au Soleil et à la Lune.
