एवं त्रिरात्रं सुविसृष्टभोजनः स पार्वतीध्यान रतो महीपतिः । सम्यक्प्रणामैर्विविधैश्च संस्तवैर्गौरीं प्रपन्नार्तिहरामतोषयत्
evaṃ trirātraṃ suvisṛṣṭabhojanaḥ sa pārvatīdhyāna rato mahīpatiḥ | samyakpraṇāmairvividhaiśca saṃstavairgaurīṃ prapannārtiharāmatoṣayat
Ainsi, durant trois nuits, le roi—ne prenant qu’une nourriture strictement réglée—demeura absorbé dans la méditation de Pārvatī ; et par des prosternations justes et des hymnes variés de louange, il contenta Gaurī, celle qui ôte la détresse de ceux qui se réfugient en elle.
