Transliteration

atra vakṣye mahāpuṇyamitihāsaṃ dvijottamāḥ | śṛṇvatāṃ sarvapāpaghnaṃ vicitraṃ sumanoharam

Translation

Ici je vais exposer un récit sacré d’un très grand mérite, ô meilleurs des deux-fois-nés ; pour ceux qui l’écoutent, il détruit tous les péchés, merveilleux et profondément charmant.
