Transliteration

bhasmoddhūlitasarvāṃgo jaṭāmaṃḍalamaṃḍitaḥ | valkalājinasaṃvīto bhikṣāmātraparigrahaḥ

Translation

Tout son corps était poudré de cendre sacrée; il était orné d’un cercle de mèches emmêlées; vêtu d’écorce et d’une peau de daim; et ne recevait pour soutien que l’aumône.
