बहुभ्यो न प्रदेयानि गौर्गृहं शयनं स्त्रियः । विभक्तदक्षिणा ह्येता दातारं नाप्नुवन्ति च
bahubhyo na pradeyāni gaurgṛhaṃ śayanaṃ striyaḥ | vibhaktadakṣiṇā hyetā dātāraṃ nāpnuvanti ca
On ne doit pas donner à de nombreux destinataires une vache, une maison, un lit et une femme. Car lorsque ces dons sont partagés comme dakṣiṇā entre plusieurs, ils ne parviennent pas réellement à profiter au donateur.
