घृतेन बोधयेद्दीपं नृत्यं गीतं च कारयेत् । सोमवारे तथाष्टम्यां प्रभाते पूजयेद्द्विजान्
ghṛtena bodhayeddīpaṃ nṛtyaṃ gītaṃ ca kārayet | somavāre tathāṣṭamyāṃ prabhāte pūjayeddvijān
Qu’on allume la lampe avec du ghee, et qu’on fasse exécuter danse et chant. Le lundi, et de même au huitième tithi, qu’on vénère au matin les « deux-fois-nés » (dvija).
