Transliteration

āgneyaṃ dhūpadīpādyaṃ vāyavyaṃ candanādikam | pārthivaṃ kandamūlādyaṃ vānaspatyaṃ phalātmakam

Translation

Les offrandes relevant du principe du Feu sont l’encens, les lampes et autres semblables ; celles du principe du Vent sont le santal et les parfums analogues. Celles nées de la Terre sont les bulbes, les racines et autres ; et celles nées des plantes sont les fruits dans leur forme même.
