Type: tirtha
Scene: Kapilā/Revā appears as a radiant embodiment of all gods and worlds; devotees offer water, lamps, flowers on the riverbank; above, Triviṣṭapa (heaven) is hinted as a luminous realm attained by the righteous.
Worship offered with proper observance (vidhi) to the all-encompassing Devī yields merit and exalted spiritual reward.
The verse references Triviṣṭapa (svarga) as the fruit; the earthly tīrtha-setting remains the Revā Khaṇḍa context rather than a single named site in this line.
It mentions giving/offerings to the Devī ‘according to vidhi’ (proper injunction), implying regulated pūjā and dāna.
