तस्यापि च विधिं वक्ष्ये शृणु पार्थ समाहितः । एकाशनं ब्रह्मचर्यमक्षारलवणाशनम्

tasyāpi ca vidhiṃ vakṣye śṛṇu pārtha samāhitaḥ | ekāśanaṃ brahmacaryamakṣāralavaṇāśanam

J’en exposerai aussi la procédure : écoute avec recueillement, ô fils de Pṛthā. Qu’on ne mange qu’une fois par jour, qu’on observe le brahmacarya, et qu’on prenne une nourriture sans substances alcalines et sans sel.
