A virtuous brāhmaṇa (continuing explanation)
Tirtha: Revā-tīrtha milieu
Type: kshetra
Scene: The elder brāhmaṇa explains karmic ripening: a faint vision of the earlier yogin (Śiva) as the unseen cause; the crowd listens with fear and reverence.
Insulting a guest (atithi-apacāra) yields immediate and ripened karmic consequences; hospitality is treated as a strict dharma.
The lesson is delivered within the Revā-kṣetra narrative frame of the Revā Khaṇḍa.
A clear dharmic injunction is implied: never dishonor an atithi; proper satkāra prevents negative karma-phala.
