ईश्वर उवाच । पादोदकमिदं विष्णोरहं जानामि वै सुराः । दशाश्वमेधावभृथैः स्नानमत्रातिरिच्यते

īśvara uvāca | pādodakamidaṃ viṣṇorahaṃ jānāmi vai surāḥ | daśāśvamedhāvabhṛthaiḥ snānamatrātiricyate

Īśvara dit : «Ô dieux, je sais en vérité que ceci est l’eau des pieds de Viṣṇu. Se baigner ici surpasse le mérite des bains d’avabhṛtha de dix sacrifices Aśvamedha.»
