Type: kshetra
Listener: Garuḍa
Scene: Śrī Maheśa responds with gravity: the requested boon is rare for embodied beings; to be the mount of Devadeva and to be ‘dvijendra’ is exceedingly difficult—Śiva’s face shows compassionate seriousness.
Some attainments are portrayed as cosmically rare; humility and realism accompany the pursuit of exalted spiritual roles.
No tīrtha is specified in this verse; the Revā Khaṇḍa context links the narrative to the sanctity of the Narmadā region overall.
No explicit rite is given; the verse functions as theological commentary on rarity and divine appointment.
