mātṛvatpratipālyaṃ te sadā devi puraṃ mama | garuḍo'pi tataḥ snātvā sampūjya kanakeśvarīm
«Ô Déesse, protège toujours ma cité comme une mère protège son enfant.» Puis Garuḍa aussi, s’y étant baigné, rendit un culte à Kanakeśvarī avec une entière vénération.
