anumānya tadā devīṃ kṛtaṃ tasyāṃ samarpitam lakṣmīruvāca | rakṣaṇāya mayā devi yogakṣemārthasiddhaye
Ayant alors obtenu l’assentiment de la Déesse, ce qui avait été préparé lui fut offert. Lakṣmī dit : «Ô Devī, je l’ai fait pour la protection, afin que s’accomplissent yoga et kṣema : le bien-être et la prospérité assurée.»
