परित्राहि महाभाग न यथा याम संक्षयम् । ततः संचिन्त्य मनसा त्वरन्विप्रानथाब्रवम्
paritrāhi mahābhāga na yathā yāma saṃkṣayam | tataḥ saṃcintya manasā tvaranviprānathābravam
« Protège-nous, ô bienheureux, afin que nous n’allions pas à la destruction. » Alors, après avoir médité en mon esprit, je m’adressai promptement aux brāhmaṇas.
